Minimum Order Value
The minimum website order value is £ 10 excluding VAT (£ 11.75 inclusive VAT).
The standard delivery charge is £9.95 + VAT

Stock Availability
Following online payment, IFI will confirm payment details to the registered email address. Due to the number of stocklines available in our distribution centre, we are unable to check availability of stock during the initial transaction.
Once payment has been received, a customer service team member, will send a second email to the registered email address should any stock issues arise. We appreciate that many customers are not able to collect emails throughout the working day, so if you prefer a personal call-back please ensure a contact number such as a mobile is entered into the shipping details on the order and we will call you. If you prefer a specific time during office hours for a call please specify in the additonal notes section. This contact number will be used solely for the purpose of the transaction and will not be used for tele-marketing.
IFI reserve the right to substitute any out of stock items with a product of equivalent or greater technical specification at no extra cost to the customer. We will notify you by email of any intended replacement products which have been processed for despatch.
Should a product be permanently unavailable, an alternative product not be available or the quoted delivery date unsuitable, IFI will refund the card used to pay for the goods within 3 working days.
Delivery
All stock items will be despatched within one working day of receipt of payment, with many shipped the same working day if placed before 3.00pm. For example an order transacted and payment received Tuesday will be despatched no later than Wednesday.
Please note a working week is deemed as Monday to Friday only.
Our standard delivery service shows a 98% success rate of consigments delivered within 24 hours of despatch, however this cannot be guaranteed. Should a consignment be crucial to your progress on site, IFI can offer a number of chargeable options all available at checkout which will ensure delivery is received as required.
Please note IFI and our transport companies cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to customers not being available to receive shipments. Dependant on the size of the delivery and contents, differing transport companies may be used - some with local depots around the country allowing pick up of undeliverable goods and others were goods will be returned straight to IFI after first attempted delivery.
Please be aware that premium chargeable options at checkout are not available for orders to remote areas, off-shore or Northern Ireland.

Order Tracking / Progress
Please contact the Websales customer service team on +44 (0) 1733 847520 or email to ask about whereabouts of deliveries or check out progress on the procurement of out of stock items.
Please have the transaction reference, plus any other references quoted during emails on hand to speed up the process.
Unless premium chargeable delivery options have been selected the normal latest time for deliveries is 5.00pm, please do not call before that time to chek what time goods will be with you as the customer service team will be unable to access this data.
Product Returns
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from date of original transaction.
Please call the websales customer service team on +44 (0) 1733 847520 to advise of items you wish to return with the original order reference. The return will not be authorised until a valid reason has been established and a refund or replacement agreement has been made (subject to inspection on return).
Once authorisation has been been given, IFI will arrange for the goods to be collected and an email will be sent confirming an approximate pick up date. Proof of collection must be obtained.
If the product is un-used it must be returned in its' original packaging otherwise the agreed refund or replacement cannot be processed.
In case where a fault or discprepancy in the product description is reported, the condition of the packaging must be discussed with the customer service team.
On receipt of goods back into the distribution centre, we will inspect the goods against the original returns request and approve or invalidate the claim. An email will be sent explaining our actions.
