Online Ordering
Online ordering is only available to customers able to make immediate payment by credit / debit card at checkout.
Most of our customers are trade professionals and prefer to purchase items by the full pack and benefit from bulk order discounts. We have therefore displayed the single unit prices based on full packs being ordered which cannot be split, e.g. X 1 full pack of E30 white silicone sealant consists of 25 cartridges @ only £1.10 per cartridge, totaling £27.50 per full pack + VAT.
If you pre register as a member you will receive the latest news, information and product updates. The minimum order value for website orders is only £10 + VAT. (Terms and conditions apply. See delivery and stock information).
All prices exclude VAT and may be subjected to packing and handling charges.
If desired, IFI will accept orders generated on the site which has been printed on completion of shopping. Prior to proceeding to checkout, please print the screen and forward the page by Fax to 01733 343 465 or by post to IFI Limited, Web sales, Rutland Business Park, Newark Road, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE1 5WA, United Kingdom with your contact details attached. Once we have received the order a customer service operator will call you on the provided number to discuss payment options and shipment will be processed on receipt of cleared funds.

If you are a currently a credit account holder with IFI, we recommend that you use this site ONLY as a reference point for product selection and technical information. As a credit account holder, you will be in possession of a specific pricing arrangement agreed during a visit / phone call from one of our sales managers. Unfortunately we are currently unable to honor any of these pricing structures online and any transactions processed will be priced at the levels displayed online and will require immediate payment. We would also like to advise that the minimum order and packing and handling charges only apply to orders where immediate payment is received.
