1. Information Collection

When an order is accepted or any request for information is made online we need to know certain information. We may need obtain such information as your name, business name if applicable, postal address (where mail is to be sent, or goods delivered), e-mail address and easiest contact telephone number (normally a mobile). During online transactions we will also need to collect data such as credit card details.

By submitting this information you consent to use of this information to allow IFI to process your request or order efficiently in line with this privacy statement. The information will be retained for use by IFI personal only and any communication with regards to information requests or provision of services will be done by means of these channels.

We may use the information collected for statistical use within our group of companies, to monitor website visitor behaviour and usage. At present no third parties are used for analysis. Statistical analysis does not include any identification which can be linked to any individual registered user or business.

As part of our ongoing marketing, we ask as part of the registration process if you would like to receive regular updates. By agreeing to this, you are accepting that we will send you product update, promotions, vouchers or coupons by email. Should you wish to unsubscribe, the function is manageable within your account details on the site.

We do not pass on the details to any other party outside the IFI group, however other group businesses “RAPIDROP LTD” and “CHEMIE-PAX LTD” may contact you via the same channel as IFI should we feel they have products which would benefit you or your business.

Should you register and then decide you wish to be removed from the database, please send an email to web_enquiry@ifi.eu with the subject title “ERASE REGISTRATION” from you registered email address and we will delete your online account.

2. Secure Transactions

All transactions are processed via a secure ePDQ system managed by Barclays Bank. The site includes a safe secure payment page to ensure privacy of customers credit card information. All credit card data is managed by Barclays and is not held within the main website database, thus adding to the privacy of the details.
