Order, Delivery and Returns Information

www.ifi.eu represents a online catalogue of the main products supplied and shipped by IFI a trading division of Rapidrop Global Limited.

Although we do not process orders online, we welcome orders and enquiries from customers through the website. Most pages off the ability to add items and quantities to a project list. Please add as many products as you want into your project list before submitting. If you are already a trading account with IFI, please add comments in the box as to what action you wish us to take. We can either send you the goods on your account or send you a quotation. Easy as that.

It will not replace normal channels used to process sales orders so feel free to order in the manner you are most comfortable with.

Stock Availability

We are unable to indicate accurate stock availabily across the site. A number of pages have an advisory comment such as Usually In Stock - this is non binding, so if you would liketo confirm availiablity please email us. sales@ifi.eu

Delivery Times

Please note a working week is deemed as Monday to Friday only. Standard delivery is 3 working days. Order Placed Day 1, Shipped Day 2, Customer Receipt Day 3. Subject to successful credit control checks. 

Should a consignment be crucial to your progress on site, IFI can offer a number of chargeable options all available at checkout which will ensure delivery is received as required.

Please note IFI and our transport companies cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to customers not being available to receive shipments. Dependant on the size of the delivery and contents, differing transport companies may be used - some with local depots around the country allowing pick up of undeliverable goods and others were goods will be returned straight to IFI after first attempted delivery.
