Door Restrictors

Using an innovative arrow-head mechanism this restrictor is designed to operate in a minimum 4mm air gap, the "Slimline Hold-Open 335mm Restrictor" will hold windows and doors open at up to 90°.

Different positioning of the frame/sash parts will give the required hold position.

The 500mm version will hold windows and doors at up to 120°.

The friction can be seamlessly adjusted and the arm can be easily disconnected should it be necessary to open the door or window fully. This restrictor can be used on UPVC, timber and composite* windows and doors. All materials used are durable and non-corrosive.
